Here you will find useful links and the most commonly reported issues.
Please note, this service is not to be used by members for their own personal requests, or for requests on behalf of family members. Any personal requests should be logged via the Council’s website (opens in a new tab)
Initially your constituent should report any problem themselves. If you need to make a service request, please use the links below.
Reporting via a service request will mean the issue will be allocated to the relevant team straight away. DSU can then concentrate on general enquiries via the enquiry system which are allocated to the relevant service for a reply within the 7-day deadline.
If you would like to make a service request use the links below. If the service request is not listed, please email the Democratic Services Unit – providing as much information as possible.
General Councillor enquiries
We recommend you use this only for enquiries – not service requests.
When completing a new enquiry, please provide as much information as possible.
